1 lb. hamburger
1 tsp. cumin (ground)
Garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste
1 c. green chili (chopped & drained)
6 beef boullion cubes
6 c. water
3 potatoes (peeled & diced)
16 oz. can pinto beans (drained)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown & drain hamburger and cumin, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with flour and brown a few more minutes to brown flour. Stir so it doesn’t burn. Cover with water, add 6 boullion cubes and green chili. Bring to boil and cook for 5-10 minutes. Add potatoes and lower to medium heat, cover. Cook until potatoes are soft. Add beans and heat 5 minutes. You can thicken with cornstarch if you wish. Serve with warm flour tortillas.
