5 boxes frozen spinach leafs
1- ½ c. Feta cheese (crumbled)
½ c. Ricotta cheese (or can substitute cottage cheese)
1 c. white sauce
6 eggs (well beaten) (or can substitute egg beaters)
1 T. dill
1 handful parsley (chopped)
1 onion (chopped)
1 clove garlic (chopped)
1 dash of nutmeg
Pie crust for 2 pies

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil until soft. Add (well drained) spinach and sauté. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Put in 9x13” pan, greas bottom well and put down a layer of buttered pastry, the spinach mixture and top with a buttered layer of pastry. Bake at 350º for 20-30 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
