Hard taco shells
Soft white and corn tortilla shells
Corn tostada shells
Shredded lettuce
Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Shredded monterey jack cheese
Sliced jalepenos
Chopped green chilis
Chopped tomato
Chopped onions
Chopped black olives
Sour cream
Refried beans (from can, warmed)
Picante or salsa
Fresh cilantro
Chopped walnuts/pecans/
shredded coconut (all optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the hamburger and chicken pieces. You can use package taco sauce mix in the hamburger and packaged fajita sauce mix in the chicken (marinated chicken is great) or put taco and fajita sauce on the table (if you have kids or adults who don’t like spicy food). Set out ingredients and let everyone serve themselves. Each person may warm theirs in microwave, if desired.
