8 ounces fettuccini or other pasta
1 cup canned enchilada sauce (red or green)
1/4 cup tequila
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, combine enchilada sauce and tequila in a small pot over medium-high heat. Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream until smooth. Drain pasta and toss with sauce. Garnish with cilantro.
