3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup sugar
2/3 cup pumpkin
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup chopped pecans

8 oz. of cream cheese
2 tsp. margarine
1 tsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup of 10x sugar

Mix ingredients with a spoon. Spray a cookie sheet (one with edges) with Pam. Line with wax paper. Spray paper with Pam. Pour batter on sheet and sprinkle with pecans.Bake 15 minutes at 375.
Turn on to a tea towel sprinkled with powdered sugar. Pull off the wax paper and roll up tea towel. Cool for 20 minutes and spread with filling.
Reroll, chill, slice to serve.
