3 # flank steak
3 t seasoned salt
3 t liquid smoke
1 1/2 t garlic powder
1 1/2 t onion powder
1 1/2 t pepper
3/4 c worcestershire sauce
3/4 c soy sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Trim all fat from meat. Slice meat 1/8 in. to 1/4 in. thick (it helps if meat is partially frozen) cut with the grain for chewy jerky or cut against the grain for brittle jerky. Marinate in remaining ingredients overnite in refrigerator. Place on racks and dry in oven on lowest setting or with the pilot light (150º) Dry 8 to 10 hours. Cool. Store in air tight container. Wipe off any oil before storing.
