1 c chopped onion
1 c chopped celery
1/2 c butter
1/2 c flour
3 c chicken broth
3 c half and half
4 1/2 c diced cooked ham
4 1/2 c diced cooked chicken
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
2 t poultry seasoning or 1 t thyme & 1 t sage
1/2 t salt
1/8 t pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In 6-8 qt. Dutch oven, saute onion and celery in butter for 5 min, stirring. Add flour and stir until smoothly blended. Add chicken broth and half and half; cook , stirring until sauce comes to boiling. Stir in ham, chicken, mushrooms and seasoning. Heat and pour into 4 qt. ungreased baking dish. Refrigerate if not serving immediately. Bake in 350º oven 30-40 min.
