1 1/2 c sugar
3 T flour
1/2 t nutmeg
1 t ground orange peel
dash salt
1 T butter
2 well beaten eggs
3 c cut rhubarb

Directions:
Directions:
Place cut rhubarb in pastry lined 10" pie plate. In a bowl, blend sugar, flour, nutmeg, orange peel, and butter. Blend this with pastry cutter or pastry blender and then add beaten eggs. Beat until smooth. Pour over rhubarb. Top with pieces of cut out pastry in fancy shapes. Bake in hot oven (450º) for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350º and bake 30 min.
