2 8 oz. cans of minced clams
1 tbsp butter
1/4 cup green pepper, chop
1 Cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp oregano
parsley flakes
paprika
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 Cup finely minced onion
2 cloves garlic, chopped
4 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil and butter in small skillet; add onion, pepper and garlic; saute until tender. Remove from heat; cool. Add bread crumbs, bacon, oregano, cheese and reserved clams; mix well. Fill clam shells with mixture. Sprinkle with parsley and paprika. Drizzle with oil. Bake in 450 degree F. oven about 7 minutes
