1½ c. unbleached all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
12 T. unsalted butter, melted and cooled
1 ½ c. packed light brown sugar
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
4 tsp. vanilla extract
3 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 oz. white chocolate chips

Adjust oven rack to middle position; preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Line 13 x 9 inch pan with foil. Leave some hanging over the edge of the pan. Spray foil with non-stick spray.

Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt together in medium bowl. Set aside.

Whisk melted butter and brown sugar together in medium bowl until combined.

Add eggs and vanilla to sugar and mix well.

Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture. Do not over mix.

Fold in chocolate chips.

Pour into prepared pan. Smooth top with rubber spatula. Bake until shiny, cracked, and light golden brown, 22-25 minutes. DO NOT OVER BAKE! Cool on wire rack. Remove blondies from pan by lifting foil. Transfer to cutting board, cut into two inch squares and serve.
