Mom's Creamed Cucumbers Recipe

3 to 4 Sliced Burp-Less Cucumbers
Sweet Onion
Approximately 2/3 to 1 c. Sour Cream
Approximately 1 tbsp. Mayonnaise
Milk of Coffee Mate to Thin
Spec of Sugar
Apple Cider Vinegar to Taste

Peel and slice Cucumbers. Layer in colander, sprinkle with salt and let sit for one (1) hour (do not soak onions).

Rinse off and drain. Put into dish, add onions.

In a separate bowl mix sour cream, mayonnaise, milk or coffee mate, spec of sugar and apple cider vinegar to taste.

Mix with cucumbers and onions and let sit, in refrigerator, before serving.

Add salt and pepper to taste.
