2 lbs. of chicken
1 small onion, chopped
2 T. tomato paste
1/4 t. hot sauce or hot pepper
2 chicken-flavored bouillon cubes
8-10 c. water
1 c. pure peanut butter (free from additives) diluted with some of the above water

Directions:
Directions:
Clean and wash chicken. Bring to a boil the chicken, onion, and tomato paste, then let it cook until partially done. Dilute peanut butter with some of the broth and add it to the water. Add the bouillon cubes, hot pepper or hot sauce and salt to taste. Let it simmer in an open kettle until the chicken is done and the sauce is thickened. Serve over rice.
