8 slices bacon, cut up
1 c. onion, chopped
4 c. potatoes, cooked and cubed
1 c. water
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon until crisp. Remove bacon and saute onion in drippings. Remove onion and drain on paper towel. Cube potatoes and cook in 1 cup water, add soup, onion and bacon, sour cream and milk, plus seasonings, save some bacon to crumble on top. Simmer, but do not boil.
