1 c flour
1 1/2 c milk
1/2 c sour cream
2 eggs
2 T sugar
1/8 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl combine flour, milk, sour cream, eggs, sugar and salt. Beat with beater until blended. Heat a lightly greased 6 inch skillet. Remove from heat. Spoon in 2 T batter. Lift and tilt skillet to spread batter. Return to heat; brown on one side only or cook on inverted crepe pan. Invert pan over paper towl, remove crepe. Repeat to make 20-22 crepes. Greasing skillet occasionally.
