This icing is great for cinnamon rolls, cookies, coffee cake or even a spoon!
6 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup softened butter (1 stick)
3 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla OR almond extract
1/4 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Beat softened cream cheese, butter and extract together. With the mixer on low, begin to add powdered sugar. Increase mixer speed slowly and beat icing until it is nice & creamy.
