1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 garlic, minced
1-2 tbsp. oil
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
2 lb. ground beef
1 large can tomato paste
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. oragano
1 large can tomatoes, chopped
1 tsp. basil
1 tbsp. worchestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. pepper

Lasagna noodles
1 (8 oz.) container Cottage or Ricotta cheese + 1 egg
Grated Parmesan & Mozarella Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, celery, garlic, green pepper in oil for 5 minutes. Add ground beef; cook until pink is gone.
Drain, return to pot and add remaining ingredients. Cook 2-3 hours.

Cook lasagna noodles as directed on package or use the new "No cook" noodles.

Add 1 egg into cottage or ricotta cheese and mix well.

Layer sauce in bottom of 9x13 buttered dish, add layer of noodles, another layer of sauce, layer of cottage or ricotta cheese and mozarella and parmesan cheese. Begin again, ending with sauce.
Bake at 350º for 25-30 mins. until bubbly. Add sliced or shredded mozerella cheese to top and cook additional 5 mins.
