3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. butter (1/2 stick)
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
2 3/4 c. bread flour
2 T. sugar
2 tsp.yeast (room temp)

Directions:
Directions:
Put all the wet ingredients in the bread machine first then add the dry but pocket the yeast in the middle on the top of the bread flour.

Set the machine to dough, it will probably take 1-2 hours for the dough.

When the bread machine is done roll out the dough on flour and cut it in 12 peices.

Spray or oil the cookie sheet or muffin pan before you put the rolls on. Let them rise for about 1-2 hours before you cook them. Preheat the oven to 350 º then cook for 15-20 minutes.
