1/2 c butter
1 c sugar
2 eggs
2 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 c sour cream
1 tsp almond extract
1 16 oz can whole cranberry sauce
1/2 c chopped pecans

3/4 c confectioner's sugar
1/2 tsp almond extract
1-2 tsp warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Grease and flour 9 X 12 pan. Mix butter and sugar until fluffy, then add eggs. Alternate flour mixture and sour cream. Blend in 1 tsp almond extract. Spread 1/2 batter in pan, then 1/2 cranberry, then batter, cranberries and lastly pecans. Bake at 350º for 40 - 45 minutes. Mix the confectioner's sugar, almond extract and warm water. Glaze the coffeecake after it has cooled.
