1 1/2 lb round steak, 1/2 inch thick
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 Tbsp. cooking oil
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. pepper

Pound meat with meat mallet. Score meat. Cut into 4x3" pieces.

Combine soy sauce, oil, onion, sesame seeds, garlic, sugar, ginger & pepper. Mix well. Add meat & marinate at room temperature for 1 hour.

Broil for 6 mins, turning once.
