1 - 4lb roast beef
1 Tbsp oil
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup water
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp pepper
2 cups cream
1/2 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Brown roast on all sides in oil. Salt and pepper. Add water and cover. Bake in oven for 2 to 3 hours until tender. Take out of pan and let stand 20 minutes. Slice.

In same roasting pan, heat the last 6 ingredients; cool 3 minutes. In a 9 x 13-inch pan, pour 1/3 of the sauce in the bottom of pan. Overlap pieces of meat, then pour the rest of the sauce over the top.

Bake at 350 until heated through.
