1 c sugar
1/2 c margarine
2 eggs, beaten
1 c mashed bananas
2 c sifted flour
1 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
1/4 c sour milk
1 t vanilla
1/2 c chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and margarine. Add eggs and bananas. Combine dry ingred; sift into mixture alternately with sour milk. Fold in nuts. Bake in 8x4x3" greased pan at 325-350º for 1 hr. Remove loaf from oven, cool, then wrap in foil; keep in refrigerator.
