1/4 c butter
1 egg, well beaten
4 t baking powder
1 c milk
1/4 c sugar
1/2 t salt
2 c flour
1 c washed blueberries

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 1/4 c flour with blueberries. Cream butter and sugar, add egg. Sift baking powder, salt, and remaining flour. Add the dry ingred alternately with the milk; add floured berries last. Place in tins lined with bake cups and bake about 25 min at 425º. If canned blueberries are used use 1 1/4 c. Wash berries gently, drain well. Do not flour berries. Fold berries gently into batter.
