1/4 c. plus 1 T. cocoa powder
Pinch kosher salt
10 oz. unsalted butter, room temperature

Directions:
Place the sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and butter into a large zip-top bag and squish to combine. Cut a small hole in 1 corner of the bag. Pipe 1 to 2 T. of mixture onto the center of Pocket Pie dough and cook as directed.
