12 c flour
3/4 c baking powder
3/4 c sugar
4 c dry instant powdered milk
2 T salt
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Mix very well. Put in containers and label. Keeps well at room temp. To make pancakes combine the following:
1 1/2 c mix
1 egg
1 c water
2 T oil
Beat until smooth and fry as usual.
