Use vegetables such as:
Yellow or green squash
Okra
Small onions
Corn on the cob
Potatoes
Eggplant
Edible pea pods
Green beans
Bell peppers, etc.

Balsamic, Italian, or Vinaigrette dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Clean and cut vegetables into serving size pieces (Ex. slice 6" zucchini and bell peppers in half lengthwise; leave green beans whole). Marinate together with dressing in ziplock bag overnight. Arrange vegetable on a rack to allow drainage and grill over coals or low flame or roast in a hot oven (400º). Can be put on skewers and done hibachi style. Be careful not to overcook.
