2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. margarine
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 to 1/2 c. milk



Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, eggs, salt, oleo and baking powder. Add milk until kneadable texture. Sprinkle kneading surface with flour and turn dough onto the surface. Knead until smooth texture. Roll out and cut into 1/4" strips. Dry the noodles for one hour before cooking. Cook in boiling broth or water that has been slightly salted.
