1 c. soft margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together margarine, sugar and eggs. Sift and stir in flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt.

Chill dough and roll into small balls. Roll in mixture of 2 tbsp. sugar and 2 tsp. cinnamon. Place on cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.

Bake 8-10 minutes in 400º oven.
