1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
3 cans shoe peg corn, drained
Jalapeno peppers, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Microwave butter and cream cheese until
melted. Add corn and peppers. (The amount
of peppers depends on your taste - hotter or
mild.) Microwave to heat. Serve hot with corn
chips or Fritos.
