2 tbsp. Vegetable oil
2 lbs. boneless Chuck beef, cut into cubes
2 c. chopped Onions
1 can Beef Broth
1-2 c. dark Beer (like Shiner Bock)
1 -6oz can Tomato Paste
3 tbsp. Chili Powder
1 tsp. Garlic powder
1 tsp. Oregano
1/2 tsp. Cumin
1/2 tsp. Salt
2 cans Black Beans, rinsed and drained

Optional
cheddar cheese and sour cream for garnish

Directions:

Heat oil in large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add beef and brown. Drain. Add onion saute 5 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients except beans. Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat to low, simmer for 1 hour. Stir occasionally.
Add beans and simmer 20 minutes. Garnish with cheese and sour cream.
