4 heaping tbsp. of mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 lemon, zested and juiced
2 tbsp. anchovy paste
1/2 c. grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. fresh ground pepper
3 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Place mayonnaise, garlic, lemon, anchovy paste, cheese, Worcestershire and pepper into food processor and blend. Stream in the extra-virgin olive oil into the dressing. Serve over the lettuce of your choice or in wraps.
