5 tbsp. butter
2 lbs. Beef Sirloin Tip, thinly sliced against grain
2 cloves garlic, chopped
3/4 c. onion, chopped
1- 16oz. package of mushrooms, cleaned & sliced
2 tbsp. flour
1 can Beef Consume
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. dry white wine
2 tbsp. dill weed

Brown meat in 2 tbsp. of butter on high heat. Take meat out. Add the remaining butter and saute onions, garlic and mushrooms until tender. Add flour and cook for 1 minute. Add consume and then bring to a boil. Stir in sour cream, white wine, dill, salt and pepper. Add beef and take off heat. Serve over white rice or noodles, which ever you prefer.
