1 lb lean ground beef
1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg taco seasoning mix
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 (11 oz.) can nacho cheese soup
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
2 green onions, minced
Round corn tortilla chips

Directions:

In large skillet, cook meat until brown. Drain grease. Add taco seasoning mix; stir until combined. In bottom of microwave-safe 2-quart casserole, spread refried beans; cover with beef mixture. Pour soup over meat to within 1-inch of edge of dish. Sprinkle with cheese and then olives. Microwave on high for 15 minutes, or until cheese melts and mixture is bubbly. Place sour cream over cheese at one side of casserole; sprinkle with green onion. Arrange tortilla chips around the edge of dish.
