1 cup uncooked regular rice ( I use Uncle Ben's)
2 (4oz) cans sliced mushrooms undrained
1 10 oz can beef broth
2 tbsp sherry
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp seasoned pepper
1/2 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a 1 1/2 qt casserole. Bake uncovered at 350º for 1 hour. This recipe also works well cooked on top of the stove. Melt the butter in the sauce pan and add other ingredients. Cook covered until liquid is absorbed and rice is done.
