2 egg whites
1 1/2 c sugar
1/3 c water
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Whip egg whites until stiff. Mix sugar with water and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture reaches soft ball stage on candy thermometer, or spins a fine thread when dripped from spoon. Drizzle sugar mixture over whipped egg whites while beating constantly. Add vanilla.
