3 Tbsp Olive Oil, 1.5 tsp minced garlic, 1lb Peeled & deveined shrimp, 3 Roma tomatoes chopped, 1/2 lb linguini, 10 -15 basil leaves chopped, salt & pepper, Old Bay, 1/2 lemon, fresh grated Pamesan Cheese.

Start water for pasta in large pot. Cook per package directions. Heat oil in pan on low heat 1 minute. Add garlic and heat 1 minute. Add Shrimp and heat 2 minutes on medium heat. Add tomatoes & basil and cook 5-7 minutes. When shrimp and tomatoes have cooked down, squeeze lemon juice over and cook 1 minute. Add salt, pepper & old bay to taste. Serve over hot pasta and top with grated parmesan cheese.

If shrimp is frozen can be thawed under cold water. Then pat dry with paper towels. Removing tails before cooking makes it easier to eat.
