1 lb. White Beans
1 lg. Onion
3 cloves Garlic
1/3 cup Criso Oil
1/2 cup Shallots
1/2 cup Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Wash Beans. Then boil beans for 1 hour on medium heat. Drain beans. Rinse beans and add fresh water. Bring to a boil again. Add onion, garlic and oil. Reduce heat. Cook for 1 1/2 hours. When beans start to become creamy, add parsley shallot, salt and pepper, cook another 1/2 hour. Beans are cook when they are creamy and tender.
Serve over rice with fresh sausage or meatloaf.
