1 lb. chicken breast
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 T. poppy seeds
1 stick of butter
1 sleeve of Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken until cooked through (usually 20-30 min.). Let cool and cut into chunks. In a 9x13 pan mix cooked, chunked chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, and poppy seeds. Spread out over entire baking pan. In microwave, melt one stick of butter. Mix butter and crushed Ritz crackers together and spread over the chicken mixture. Bake for 30 minutes at 350º.
