2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk (substitute 1 T. lemon juice & milk to make a
cup)
1/3 c, vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
Strussel: 4 T. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 tsp. softened butter

Directions:
Directions:
Beat bread ingredients on low then medium speed for 3 minutes.
Put batter in greased loaf pan. Stir strussel ingredients till
crumbly. Put half strussel marbled into batter. Cook 30 minutes
at 350 º. Sprinkle other half on top of loaf. Return to oven
additional 30 minutes. Refrigerate left overs.
