1 lb. Oreo cookies, crushed fine
1/2 c. margarine, melted
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
8 oz. or more chocolate fudge topping

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Oreo cookie crumbs (reserve 1/4 c. of crumbs for the top) and melted margarine. Pat into a 9" x 13" pan. Freeze until set. Spread ice cream onto the crust. Refreeze. Spread fudge topping on top and sprinkle with the remaining Oreo cookie crumbs.

I keep out a few of the cookies and break them up into larger pieces to place on the top of the dessert. Caramel topping is also good drizzled across the fudge. Enjoy!
