Ingredients:  
1 lb. round steak, cut into very thin strips
1 can Campbell's Beef Broth
1 1/2 c. celery, sliced
1 medium green pepper, cut into strips
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1 1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 1/2 c. green onions, cut into 1'' pieces
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. salad oil
rice

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet, brown steak in 2 tbsp. salad oil. Add broth, vegetables, soy sauce, cover and simmer 10 minutes or until tender. Stir often.
Combine 1/4 c. water and cornstarch. Stir into sauce. Continue cooking and stirring until thickened.
Serve over rice.
