4 red snapper fillets, about 1 ¼ lb.
1 ½ tsp. lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tsp. dried)

Cucumber-Yogurt sauce:
¼ c. low-fat plain yogurt
1/4c. light sour cream
½ c. cucumber, finely chopped
1 tbsp. green onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp. freshly ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
On broiler pan or in microwave-safe dish, arrange fillets in single layer with thickest part to outside.
Brush with lemon juice; sprinkle with garlic and dill.
Broil for 6-8 minutes or microwave, covered loosely with waxed paper, on high for 4-5 minutes or until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

Cucumber-Yogurt sauce: In a small dish, combine yogurt, sour cream, cucumber, onion, and pepper to taste; mix well.
Spread over fish and broil for 2 minutes or microwave on high for 1 minute or until sauce is hot.
