1 Bak4ed pie shell
1 Qt. berries or peaches
1 c. water
1. sugar
2 T. cornstarch
2 T. light corn syrup
red or orange food coloring
1 pkg either strawberry Jello or orange Jello
Cool whip
Directions:
Directions:
Boil together water, sugar, cornstarch, and light corn syrup for 6 minutes
Add a few drops of red or orange food coloring and 2 T of Jello. Cool.
Layer berries or peaches in baked pie shell. Cover with cooled mixture and refrigerate.
Top with cool whip
