1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb Italian sausage (pork or turkey)
1/4 lb chorizo sausage
1/2 cup mild salsa
1 egg
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 clove minced garlic
2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp favorite steak sauce
1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 cup favorite lager
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup shredded asiago cheese
1/2 Tbsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp red pepper flakes
3/4 Italians bread crumbs
Fresh loaf of Cuban Bread
Jalapeño Mustard
Dill Pickles (sliced)
Swiss Cheese

- Fold meat together with salsa
- Fold in egg, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, steak sauce, soy sauce, cheeses, and lager. Blend well.
- Add Cumin, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and bread crumbs. Blend well. Add additional bread crumbs if needed to get mixture to a semi-firm, moldable consistency.
- Put into greased loaf pan, or mold into a loaf shape and bake on pizza stone at 350º for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- Slice loaf in 1/2 inch thick slices
- Slice Cuban bread at desired length, and cut lengthwise. Spread mustard on both halves and add layer of pickle, sliced meatloaf, then sliced Swiss cheese.
- Toast sandwich in sandwich press until cheese is melted.
- Enjoy!

If you don't have a sandwich press, I have found a George Foreman Grill will work. Jalapeño Mustard can really make this. My favorite comes from Door County Winery in Sturgeon Bay, WI (www.dcwine.com) Usually darker beer works best. Great sandwich to watch the game with.
