Super Duper Oatmeal Cookies Recipe

Ingredients:

2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
4 tsp cinnamon
2 cups shortening
1 cup peanut butter
4 cup sugar
6 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup milk
4 tsp vanilla
2 cups raisin (optional)
12 oz pkg of chocolate chips
1 cup chopped walnuts
7 cups oatmeal

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375º
Mix all dry ingredients together in one bowl.
In large bowl mix shortening and peanut butter until creamy.
Add sugar gradually.
Add eggs, milk and vanilla and beat well.
Add dry ingredients, beat well.
Stir in raisins, chocolate chips, nuts and oatmeal. Mix thoroughly.
Drop by TB onto foil lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 10-15 mintues
Be careful not to overbake, they will look soft. Take out of oven and let cool before removing and put next batch in.
