1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup butter
2 cups desired fruit mixture

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º
Mix together all dry ingredients.
Add egg, milk and butter and mix together.
Put fruit on bottom of 8x8 greased pan.
Pour batter over the top.
Bake for 1 hour.
