2 8oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 T. chopped pimento
1 T. chopped green pepper
1 T. chopped onion
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
dash cayenne pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Combine softened cream cheese and cheddar cheese - mixing until well blended. Add pimento, green pepper, onion, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and seasonings. Mix well. Chill.

Shape into ball and roll in chopped pecans, parsley or dried beef
