Ingredients: We could always make Grandma smile and laugh when we went on the back porch with Grandpa and danced around to the old bluebird singing "Zip-A-Dee-Doo-Dah."
Grandma's house had the best snacks that our mom never allowed at home. She introduced us to Peanut Butter and Fluff Sandwiches and she began our love affair with the miniature marshmallow. . . it doesn't get much better than that! At Grandma's we were able to hone our "sneaking candy" skills too, since hard peppermint candies were never too far away.
Mom says it was hard for me when I was going through my "baby obsession" phase to be around Grandma's beautiful dolls all over the house (Quinn) and to keep me from trying to ride all the model motorcycles and constantly throwing balls throughout the house (Camden).
I (Quinn) loved to pick flowers from Grandma's garden and take them inside to share with her. . . not sure how Grandma felt about this, but this three-year-old sure liked doing it.
We will miss Grandma's hugs and kisses most of all. . .
XOXO--Quinn & Camden Walker
