1 box yellow cake mix
20 oz can crushed pineapple in syrup
12 oz cool whip (thawed)
8 oz cream cheese softened
3 1/2 oz vanilla pudding instant
2 cups milk

Directions:
Bake cake mix according to directions in 9x13 pan. While hot punch holes with fork in cake. Pour crushed pineapple over top - let cool.

Mix well, pudding and cream cheese on low speed and beat well. Spread over pineapple and cool until chilled. Put cool whip on top and sprinkle with coconut. Keep refiegreated.
