9"pie shell, baked
2 egg yolks (save whites)
2 tbsp cocoa
1 1/2 c 2% milk
1 tbsp flour or cornstarch
2 tbsp butter
16 packs sugar substitute

Meringue:
2 egg whites
4 packs sugar substitute

Directions:
Directions:
Mix egg yolks, cocoa, milk and flour or corn starch. Cook over medium heat until thick and smooth. Remove from heat, add butter and sweetner, stirring until butter melts. Pour in baked pie shell and top with meringue. Bake at 425º until lightly brown.

Meringue:
Beat egg whites until fluffy. Add sweetners and stir.
