3 eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1/4 c. oil
3 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. anise extract

Directions:
Beat eggs then add all ingredints and spread onto greased cookie sheet. Batter will be thick. Bake at 350 for 25 mins. Cut as soon as taken out of oven.
Place cookies on another cookie sheet on their sides and toast at 425 for 5 minutes
